I was once yelled at, like the woman got out of her car to yell at me, for allowing someone all the way over into the left lane. They looked totally lost, suddenly flipped on their blinker, so I slowed down to let them across and onto the freeway.
A guy pulled a gun on my friend Dave for waiting until the
woman with a stroller
cleared the intersection before he made a right turn.
Huh. The back of the office chair came off. It's like a weird torture device. Just the seat part with a huge metal bar with a springy platform with giant screws coming out of it. I'll feel so very S&M while typing up resumes and cover letters now. Not to mention chatting with you guys.
The hunt for dressy nursing wear continues. Somehow, I only have two weeks left.
I recommend spray on latex.
{{{LJ}}} Driving in our area is a bitch.
Now off to my own private hell, the DC DMV. If I don't check in tomorrow, send out a search party.
Later bitches.
Cysty cyst cyst. Mine always are, Robin's cysty -- evidently all the cool kids are doing it.
ita, when you're writing with pen and ink, do you give yourself an upper case i?
Nope. Lower case all the way. Ita looks plain funny to me, written or typed. I almost don't see it anymore, but in a way that means I miss they're talking about me.
Hec -- I was introduced to EE Cumming's poetry by a sarcastic man who insisted we must be related, because of the capitalisation thing. Now I learn that EE wasn't lower-cased, so it was just a happy piece of false trivia. His backup was probably kd lang, but I found her on my own anyway.
I recommend spray on latex.
Yeah. But no place to put the nursing pads.
But gosh, they're fun to look at.
The picture with just the bald head and the hands is really creepy.
Also, good thoughts are going Connieward.
Thanks for the hugs. I just feel like the biggest idiot on the planet.
My continuing quest for a new last name, from DH
The paradigm (unless you want something like smith, which you never
have to spell unless you spell it Smyth, and no one does that by
choice) is letters which do not rhyme with other letterrs.
Mr. and Mrs. Rour
Mr. and Mrs. Worrul
But Rorrorrorruwp (pronounced "rope") would be my choice.
Jilli, I think you should concentrate on dressing up Jilli and not spread yourself thin over dolls.
I like Worrul.
Many vibes for Connie, dh and health team.
LJ, that sucks, but I'm glad you're able to recover from it.
I've been working but I finally caught up. Very interesting conversation in here the last couple of days.
I had my boys circumsized because my dad isn't and had an issue in his teens that I won't describe, and a second cousin who was in the hospital being circumsized at the age of 4--at the same time I was in having Nick--because his foreskin grew completely shut.
sj, I hope you're feeling better today. Askye, I hope annoying coworker finally grew up a little bit and I'm sending much ma for your family.
eta the other thing: I like the name Raquel and I should win... just because.
