I just got an e-mail that the professor that was supposed to teach my Fall Honors course is no longer teaching it. Someone else is...someone I've never heard of. I was half excited for the class because I had heard so many wonderful things about the prof. Now I don't know if I want to take it.

I hope so. I just put out a couple feeler e-mails to see if any of my advisors know anything about him. From what I can tell, they've brought him in to teach the course...he's not anywhere on UMB's website as a professor. He has his PhD in Computer Science, which doesn't give me a lot of hope. But, I'm willing to hold out till the first class to see for myself.
