Oh, I get it. You just don't like who did the rescuing, that's all. Wishin' I was your boyfriend what's-his-height. Oh wait, he's run off.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

Yawn. I don't want to be up, and yet. MIL is coming over for the day, including breakfast so I must clear large piles of debris from the dining room table.

MIL is an absolute workhorse, so I may get her to help me complete the moving about of the kids' rooms. As the contents of several rooms are moving the disorder seems worse than ever. Ugh.

ION, my new cat loves my laptop. In particular the wireless adapter that sticks out the side. She is convinced it was put there for the sole purpose of scratching her ears. New cat was neighbor cat for 6 years. Neighbor is spending huge amounts of time out of town and we are transitioning cat to my house. It is going well. She comes when she is called, snuggles next to me on the couch. She's like a dog. She still prefers to stay outside about 20 hours a day though.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Naughty early-rising babies! Shame on you, don't you realize 6:30 is way too freakin' soon to get up? Let Deena sleep until at least 7:55!

Plei:

Perkins, I look like Chewbacca in that one. As you can tell by the title.
I thought you looked more like a Princess Leia with a decent hair cut.

Oh yeah, and I so love that close up shot of windblown Lily too. Adorable girl, and an excellent picture.

libkitty, cats DO understand our fawning apologies when we clock 'em but good on accident. They just get embarassed they weren't agile enough to duck, and play it off as blaming us.

Overnight baby pictures! Yay! Such beautiful babies.

I am currently making the last of my Somervillain treats...the peanutty chocolate cake. It smells SO yummy! I hope I can keep my hands off it until eating time later today.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

oh, my. beautiful Seattle babies! Plei, I love the Steady On picture too, my favorite is that you get an eyeful of that delicious chubby baby arm! I have decided that I love chubby baby arms and thighs more than toes. I know, I'm weird.

Buffistas will be coming over soon- I'm happy that everyone entertains themselves pretty well because I am recovering from the worst headache I have ever had. I don't know if it was a migraine, but I couldn't move without the worst pain I ever thought possible, I was nauseous, and there was just no escaping it. I have a low grade headache this morning, and I'm just hoping it doesn't bloom back to whatever I had yesterday.

Not whining, just hoping that I can keep this brain demon at bay so I can enjoy the foaminess that will soon be upon us.

OK, off to the store for a few last minute things.

Also, I am trying not to work myself up about being a bad hostess. See, I am having an outdoor BBQ thing, and I have practically no outdoor furniture. Eek!

Am very excited though, and happy to think of the lovely day that today will be.

Stop worrying! It's going to be wonderful. We'll bring our balcony chairs. People will bring stuff and be happy to sit on the ground. We're coming to see you, not your patio furniture.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

The Seattle Baby Brigade (or is it a Junta?) is amazingly beautiful.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Love Peek-a-boo Lily. And Annabel just gets more stunning, cornstarch and all.

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

Apparently both she and Jen were such a hot looking couple at the wedding, a friend of the groom got the mistaken notion that JZ was ditching me to move in with Jen for a sexy love nest.

Heh. There are some who call me Homewrecker. Or should that be Hecwrecker?
