Now you can luxuriate in a nice jail cell, but if your hand touches metal, I swear by my pretty flowered bonnet, I will end you.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm glad things went well with your dad, Stephanie.

Our wings are not tired.

Good to hear the report Stephanie. I hope you are feeling more relaxed now.

Maybe Laura and WindSparrow are related....

I'm going to assume we are. Hey, there is no contradictory evidence.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

For Billytea

Excellent... My nefarious plan is reaching fruition.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Glad things went well with your dad, Stephanie.

Ugh. I seem to have caught the Evil Virus that was going through the summer program where I was teaching. I suppose it was inevitable that I'd catch this -- my suitemate, one of my friends, and at least one of my students all had it. At least I'm just getting it now, rather than having to deal with it during the program. Feeling all gross, though -- really bad sore throat, sinuses all clogged up, and just generally blah-feeling. Ick.

The status is NOT quo.

Hil, sorry to hear that. A group of my teacher friends and I called the first year of teaching "Immune System Initiation". Basically we were all sick as dogs that first year or two since the kids had everything and we caught it all. The upside, however, is that after our first couple of years we developed the Immune System of Steel. I'm almost never sick anymore, even when the students are hacking on their homework as they turn it in.

ION, why isn't Mary Poppins here to wave her unbrella, sing "Spoonful of Sugar", and make my apartment clean itself?
