We didn't have sex, if that's what you mean. That's all I do now, not have sex.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

And it looks like you've been outbid, billy, by someone who really wants it. More power to them.

That would be me. I do really want it. And I'm not going to give it away to anyone, it will be my own, my precious, so that I can give readings and say 'You're rooted in Wolvering but people see you as Nightcrawler". Because I need that in my life. I didn't know that until you posted the link, but there it is.

I did not notice that, connie, thanks.

Still want. I can mix and match, no problem.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Yikes. I just told my Microsoft Money budget about the pay cut. It sent me a Howler.

It'll be OK! Your expenses are down starting this month, temporarily, though, right?

Sometimes you gotta pull pack a little bit to reorient yourself on a new track.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Yep. Living at home again helps.

I knew I'd have to do this, and I can get a second job. I will absolutely quit smoking in two weeks after my friend's wedding, which will save money. I won't be working around shiny things for sale, which ought to help out a lot.

Oooh, I really hope I did the right thing.

Also, Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" is in the top ten downloads on iTunes today? I mean, really?

All is well that ends in pizza.

I have great fear, every time I read the business section (which I now do voraciously) that we were just fucking stupid to buy at the top of the housing market and that we will be screwed.

Nora, I'm chiming in as well to help convince your little fear demon to get stomped. There is evidence that the housing market is in more of an upwards correction rather than a bubble. Unless something radically drives people away from single family housing, and the pace of apartment buildings speeds up, you'll be okay. And as other people have pointed out, unless you sell when the market is low, it doesn't matter.

Housing value goes up, it goes down, try not to worry about the market until you have to sell.

Good luck with the fear demon, and remember to wipe your shoes.
