So I'm trying to get through to the 1-800 number of the airline that I'm flying tonight to see if their schedule has been affected by the big burny crash that happened yesterday, and of course the number is constantly busy. Their website ignores the issue altogether. Grr.

Well, huh. As of July 13 there was still one research assistant position open in the department I interviewed with in May (and was offered a job, for that matter). I hope the position is still open and that the supervisor gets back with me soon. This situation could turn out ok.
