Have you tried the infant ibuprofen? While I think of it as being harder on the stomach, individual reactions may vary.
Not allowed before 6 months, and it's the sweeteners that are the problem I think, though I'll try it when she's older. She's conked out at last, the poor dear.
I would eat her little toes, but that would wake her.

Sadly, she's still too young for those, too. (Or not so sadly, because the dills in the house won't be ready to eat for another 10 days.) Hell, she's too young to be able to properly handle the teething rings; she's just figured out she has hands. Though, as the pictures suggest, she's also figured out what to do with them: [link]

Julia teethed early, although it wasn't *this* early. She was about 4 months. Poor Lily, and poor Mama and Daddy, too. Is she too young for Baby Ora-jel? It's a topical gel you rub on the gums. It might provide temporary relief, during her biggest freak outs.
The Tylenol may not be the culprit for the tummy upset. It might be something to try again, in a day or so.
My husband's aunts would tell you to rub whiskey on her gums, but I won't and wouldn't have done it. They seemed to not understand my choice.
