We can come by between classes. Usually I use that time to copy over my class notes with a system of different colored pens. But it's been pointed out to me that that's, you know...insane.

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Your tag here.

sj, where's your tag from? Is that from Black Creek Crossing by John Saul? It sounds familiar.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Cass, my nephew's nine, and gameboy games always seem to be a safe bet as are those little digimon kits that they have to put together.

It's from one of thessaly's poems called "Red". I think the book it is in might still be availible at quantumredhead.com.

Damn, that's weird. I could swear I've read that someplace and Black Creek Crossing is the most recent book I'd read and thematically it fit. I'm not one to read poetry, so I'm sure that's not it. Stupid brain. Too much information goes in, not enough recall comes out.

I've had it as my tagline for a while, so maybe that is why it sounds familiar?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That is from thessaly? I adore that poem.

Damn, bedtime on a Sunday night... I need to set some alarms soon.

Yup. She's brilliant.

Sleep well, Cass. I think it is bedtime for me too, after I finish my book.

You sleep well too, sj.

That poem isn't on thessaly's site. Bother.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Tomorrow's Monday again, isn't it?

Blech.

I am really afraid it is. Unless you are UnAm and already in the throes of Monday.

I just started to get cranky that my sleep meds weren't helping at all after more than half an hour. Then I realized I hadn't actually taken them. Sigh... Better late than never.
