Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

That is from thessaly? I adore that poem.

Yup. She's brilliant.

Sleep well, Cass. I think it is bedtime for me too, after I finish my book.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

You sleep well too, sj.

That poem isn't on thessaly's site. Bother.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Tomorrow's Monday again, isn't it?

Blech.

I am really afraid it is. Unless you are UnAm and already in the throes of Monday.

I just started to get cranky that my sleep meds weren't helping at all after more than half an hour. Then I realized I hadn't actually taken them. Sigh... Better late than never.

Our wings are not tired

I'm wide awake. I slept in too late this morning, it's going to be a while before I'm sleepy at all.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I could talk to you about asset classes, it seemed to work on Cass.

I'm thinking I might find some food and read the next few chapters of Harry Potter. At least my apartment has finally cooled down to a reasonable temperature.

I was confused. Confusion != sleepy. Now, I am sleepy. It's a whole different vibe.

Oooh, the silver lining about tomorrow being Monday is my commute includes listening to Harry Potter. Audio books are a good thing.

Well, it had to happen. I've just got in touch with someone who mentioned in her profile that Buffy was the best show on TV ever. I suggested she might like to check this place out (Hi there!).

Obviously jeans in the form described are not not Goth.

But - would black jeans be Goth if accompanied by a black shirt with white frills, a horsehair belt with a silver buckle, a black cowboy hat with feathers, a bolo tie with a mystical symbol on it, and black western boots with silver spurs? In other words was Johnny Cash a Goth Cowboy?
