I had TJ's low fat French toast this morning. Yummy, though I am sure not nearly as yummy as yours.
I keep waiting for all of my fingernails to be a length that would make it worthwhile to get a manicure; when they get there, I am going to throw in a pedi too. Right now I only have one nail that is too short, so maybe later in the week.
OOh, or maybe I can get Aimee to go get one with me next weekend.
I like the look of a French mani, but I find that I chip them immediately. The toes, NSM.
Hee.
ION, soon I will be off (in the 99 degree heat) to watch penguins march.
Do you have a spreadsheet? Will there be preferential voting? Is there a Toto compatability test? Will they have to do the dreaded Polynomial/Knitting biathalon?
Bwah! Sorry, I went and took a nap. There will be a Toto compatability test, called meeting him, but that's it.
I love having pretty painted fingernails (elegant French, deep deep wine tones, bloody reds) but it is a love that dare not try to last more than a few hours.
So manis are traditionally a no paint zone for me. I just have them clean up my cuticles mostly.
My toes, though, can usually make it a month oftentimes and easily more than two weeks.
I just threw some shimmery opally amethyst-y color on top of my toes. It looks like an uncoordinated child helped.
Health-ma to your MiL, beth.
Health~ma to your MiL, beth. And much hugs and strength for your whole family, especially you and DH.
beth, all the best to your m-i-l. Antibiotics should clean up the Lyme's, particularly since they've caught it so quickly. I hope this doesn't exacerbate her other health problems. Peace to you, dh and family.
