First I recommend you put on the CD I sent you. Very soothing and has healing powers too I'm sure.
We're meeting up with Emmett's godmother and godsister (the elder) tonight for tasty german food and then Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in IMAX.

The CD is awesome. I had ducked it when it first came, because my kids lose all my CDs. Scott and I were just looking at it the other night when I unducked it. So many good songs. It's out in the kitchen because that's where the Bose lives, but I think I will go get it.

Nuh uh, there are potatoes, too. Actually, stuff like schnitzel, which, iirc, is pork, made me rethink the cuisine of (some of) my foremothers. I was bitter about the potato salad, which delis are SO much better at, imo. And I'm thinking it's "strudel" but do I look like Martha Stewarreich? Nsm.

There is at least one brand of good chocolate from Germany, though I can't recall of the top of my head which it is.
Today, we will be attempting yard work. That'll be... fun.
Steph, I think shrugs are nifty. They beat the hell out of ponchos.
I wound up getting a black dress from the Motherwear outlet like this one : [link] , which has shipped, and therefore should arrive on time, damn it. I need to go to Macy's and find a shrug to go with it.
