Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

grooooooooooooonk...

Woke up at 4:30 and never went back to sleep. Which doesn't actually mean I got up when my alarm went off at 7 either.

Too hot. AC is broked at work. Keyboard is broked on laptop (which made my last Nattering last night look like alphabet soup with too many numbers in it and not enough vowels).

On the other hand, it's Friday!

Have a lovely party, vw.

Now tagless for your comfort.

eeek, Cass. I was up around 4 but managed to slink back to bed around 5:30.

Too hot. AC is broked at work

Yuck.

move out and draw fire

Wow, that Jargon.net is almost not English. Or maybe it almost is English, it's hard to tell. I mean, does this actually make any sort of sense?

(Yeah, I was able to follow it, but that shouldn't be proof of anything).

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm still not entirely convinced that is the REAL Cass. I think the heat melted her into her keyboard and this is some sort of bot.

Our wings are not tired.

Hey, check out the Raq.

Hi all. Getting somewhat settled in new office. Finally got phones and internet squared away yesterday. So shocked that the phone company was much faster on the disconnect than they were on the reconnect.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh I totally could have gone back to sleep. About ten minutes before my alarm went off...

The bot only posts from home. It's the laptop keyboard that went ferwonky.

You can quiz me.

edit: Well, you can quiz me after I go meet with the owner of the company and try to explain to him why we can't give his friends free stuff when they are our clients. The basic reason being that all of his clients are his friends and we need to make money. Or he needs to win the lottery. Either will do.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Morning All.

Finally caught up after 2 days of ComicCon, then 2 days out of town.

Lessee if I remember anything atall...Stephanie, beautiful family...Anne, great hair...Go BT with the both-feet jumping (that made sense in my head...not so much in print I'm thinking) - yay billytea for getting things going with verve and enthusiasm (much more coherent)...I think that's all I got. (Can't meara over the course of 3 days of catchup).

Cass, you find someplace local that's good for laptop repairs, please to let me know? Thanks, still haven't made up my mind whether it's worth it to attempt to bring my laptop back from the undead, but it'd be good to have references just in case.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

You know how I donated blood this week? They run a cholesterol test for donors now, and you can call a couple of days after you donate to get the results. It's just total cholesterol -- doesn't break it down into LDL and HDL, etc., and obviously the donor hasn't fasted beforehand.

July 2004 my cholesterol was 239 (yeah, I know), and today? 201. HELL yeah.
