Decadent Chocolate Cake is in the oven...not without a mishap, of course. I always have to have one while baking. So, now it's over with, and I can just enjoy the rest of the baking experience.

It's mashed strawberries, apple juice, lime zest and lime juice all mixed together then frozen. Once frozen it can be shaved with this: [link] It makes a very yummy summer treat.
