Looks like there's a store in Boston too, but I'm having trouble finding out where.
In North America, it looks like there are stores in Beverly Hills, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, Newport Beach, New York -- Fifth Avenue, New York -- Madison, Portland, San Francisco, and Toronto.
