I am doing massive admin-y (well project manager-y but I am doing estimates and cleaning up messes as opposed to making brochures) stuff today and actually --- wait --- liking it. There's a nice vibe to it today. Of course, I convinced everyone that we didn't need the evil flourescent lights on today and that also makes it nicer. I'd work by candlelight if they'd let me.
Whoot lib! My hair isn't exactly short (well it doesn't get to my shoulders but it's not "Hec makes funny sounds" short.) but I am so glad I took the length off that I did. And I expect Kristin to come vouch for its cuteness at some point.
eek but yay, libkitty! You have lovely expressive eyes and cool glasses, and shorter hair is just bound to set them off to even better advantage.

Work is just incredibly stressful right now. Tight deadlines, tensions running high, etc., etc. And I think I have to work this weekend. I'm ready for summer to be over, as that's when the stress should be reduced.
