Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

sj, Somerville has only one m.

Ah, bad brain. Sorry.

Alas, I won't be able to come as I have class and then MAJOR standardized-test-studying. But I hope you have fun!

Darn. I was hoping you could come, but I totally understand.

sj, it'll be fun and you will be gorgeous! Also, sorry I didn't jump on IM the other night when you asked -- I got offline right after I posted my last comment and read Harry Potter for the rest of the night.

ION, know what's fun and in no way induces lightheadedness or dizziness? Having the communists invade the day after you donate blood. (Remember the scene in Rosemary's Baby where Rosemary eats the raw liver? I feel like doing that.)

No worries. I need to be going soon, but could you e-mail me your AIM name so I can friend you? I couldn't find it listed in your profile here or on lj.

What is even happening?

sj, Somerville has only one m. And now that I think about it, I don't know why

Emily, per here [link] it was named for a Captain Richard Somers, naval hero.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

"teppy" was already taken?

Maybe. I can't really remember anymore.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

My problem with photo finish color correctionwould be that it sounds like you're supposed to use moisturizer + color correcting + regular foundation. I have a hard enough time remembering to wear moisturizer, and goop on my face always just makes me sweat more anyhow.

I think you're supposed to be able to use these ones alone. At least per the Smashbox website.

Smashing Blend (peach) is the only one I've tried.

Up with the sun

Plei, Sephora says:

To use: Apply evenly over clean, moisturized skin and let set for one minute, then apply foundation as usual.

But if it would work on its own without sending me into the world looking like the Jolly Green Giant, that would be perfect.

I always used regular (untinted) Photo Finish without moisturizer, with no problems.
