Illyria: We cling to what is gone. Is there anything in this life but grief? Wesley: There's love. There's hope...for some. There's hope that you'll find something worthy...that your life will lead you to some joy...that after everything...you can still be surprised. Illyria: Is that enough? Is that enough to live on?

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Compassionately intolerant

And buttons are pretty dag-on cute!

ION, off to take a nap to prep for being up all night with HP after wading through a sugared up crowd of kids. I need my strength.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Trudy made me hungry.

Trudy is not going to get mushrooms and make some crab spartans.

Epic, I liked the pictures. BTW, is there some story wrt Robia? I've heard people refer to something but never heard exactly what it was.

You mean like the not coming back for CWDP episode? I did ask her a little about that (ie the whole Christian Lifestyle causing you to make Hard Choices wrt career thing). She pretty much confirmed the story. Was really great about it, said she's never had cause to regret, that God has always blessed her choices that stay inline with His Word, etc. She was really great.

Trust my rage

You mean like the not coming back for CWDP episode?

Maybe...was she asked to come back? I never really heard the "story", just people's reactions. Anyway, I was just curious.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

You know what makes new shoes much more comfortable? Taking out all the cardboard that was stuck in them for shipping to help them keep their shape. Makes a huge difference.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Their plans keep them in SD 'til sometime Tue. I'll hop over to email and forward you info.
Excellent. Thank you!

Okay, everything is done that will be done today except for showering and maybe running to store quickly. The going through mail can wait. It has been collected into one place and that is a start. The last load of laundry still has to be tossed into the washer eventually once this load finishes spinning and gets tossed into the dryer.

House is clean and lovely and smells fresh. I am happy.

Taking today off was seriously a good idea. I haven't gotten this much accomplished at home in yonks. And it is noon. Seriously, noon.

Learn from my mistakes, Epic. I make enough of them, someone should get the benefit.

It took me until after lunch to figure that out.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Titles as first names I've come across while researching genealogy:

There's at least one Priest in the NFL.

This reads way more twisted if you disregard the conversation that came before. ::Imagines man in long cassock with shoulder padding running for the TD. Giggles to self.::
