Never goes smooth. How come it never goes smooth?

Spike's Bitches 25 to Life

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

You know what makes new shoes much more comfortable? Taking out all the cardboard that was stuck in them for shipping to help them keep their shape. Makes a huge difference.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Their plans keep them in SD 'til sometime Tue. I'll hop over to email and forward you info.
Excellent. Thank you!

Okay, everything is done that will be done today except for showering and maybe running to store quickly. The going through mail can wait. It has been collected into one place and that is a start. The last load of laundry still has to be tossed into the washer eventually once this load finishes spinning and gets tossed into the dryer.

House is clean and lovely and smells fresh. I am happy.

Taking today off was seriously a good idea. I haven't gotten this much accomplished at home in yonks. And it is noon. Seriously, noon.

Learn from my mistakes, Epic. I make enough of them, someone should get the benefit.

It took me until after lunch to figure that out.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Titles as first names I've come across while researching genealogy:

There's at least one Priest in the NFL.

This reads way more twisted if you disregard the conversation that came before. ::Imagines man in long cassock with shoulder padding running for the TD. Giggles to self.::

Whatever happened to Judge Reinhold?

::googles::

Look at that, he was just on TNT.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Drat! I want to grill tonight and it's RAINING right now. Oh well, mebbe it'll stop before too long. I have just read a couple hundred posts, and have nothing useful to add. But I call my cat Boo for a nickname.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Sort of mini-meara-ing here, but sans quotes.

Adding more health ~ma to all Bitches who need it. There are too many sick people this summer. My poor niece is down with the worst case of mono that I've ever heard of. She has black and white sores on the inside of her throat, and is on much drugs. The steroids seem to help the most. And she has no health insurance and a crappy job with no leave. Feh.

I am once again blown away by the brilliance that is JZ and the cuteness that is Lily. Even had I heard of using bleach pens on black for designs, there is absolutely no way I could draw something like that. Brilliant.

I found the coolest site. It visually compares search results between Google and Yahoo. Even though I have known the importance of using multiple search engines, I was blown away by how little overlap there was between the two results sets. Plus, for some of the searches, Yahoo was actually much better - more relevant results. You can check it out at: [link]

Just mouse over the dots to see URLs, and click on them normally to go to a site.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

That's so neat!

I like my haircut, even if it took awhile to get there. Now I just need the electricians to finish fixing my kitchen and LEAVE so I can dye it.
