But that's just my point! You she obeys! She obeys you! There's obeying going on right under my nose!

"Don' be e-scared"

I don't have the original pilot script, and my pilot was mostly -- mostly -- reshot not rewritten, though I did make some not-small changes in certain places.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

I stand corrected, Tim.

Fewer stewardesses, for instance.

"Don' be e-scared"

That was in the re-shooting, not so much the re-writing, Strega.

If I wasn't at the office and I didn't have to go to class now, there might totally be shooting scripts up somewhere.

Y'all should check back tomorrow.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Ooh, "Little Girl Lost" is nice. Especially because I totally have a soft spot for manifestations of voices in people's heads. That was a very cool way to show how much Rebecca's abduction has made her who she is. And I laughed at the abductor's goading leading to "When you take control, it will be all the sweeter." And I only guessed that the girl hadn't been real about ten seconds before the reveal. Because I smelled a reveal. Before that, I was all ready to come here and say, "This show is so fucked up, and Tim really likes to have little kids commit violence." The first part still holds true.

One thing that's always interested me about the show is that it's almost never a simple whodunit. That's not what the show's about. I wonder if marketing it in that way might have made more people check it out, people who would have ordinarily dismissed it as just another procedural.

Finally, props for the "fallacy"/"phallus-y" joke. That was fucking clever.

Hurray. Me and cat send thankings (and indeed, puuring) Kristen.

Oh, I know. But still funny.

P-C, or any VM fan who saw "Little Girl Lost," did you think "Jesus, it's Duncan Kane!" when you first saw Robie in the helicopter (through the glass)? Look at it again. It's at 15:25 or so in the file I downloaded. Could just be me, but I don't think so.

HA! Yeah, I can see it.

Another thing I liked was the blur effect on Rebecca's abductor. Made him very ghosty!
