Kevin, ep 9 has definitely been put online - I downloaded it the same night it aired. And count me in as someone interested in seeing the shooting scripts if possible.

I'd say it's unlikely they'd be lawyered unless somebody licensed them from 20th for a script book. (Hey, my grammar? Sucks).
What I'd really really like to see the original pilot, the Minear'ed pilot, and then reshot pilot scripts. Oh yes. The gensis of the show in written word.

I don't have the original pilot script, and my pilot was mostly -- mostly -- reshot not rewritten, though I did make some not-small changes in certain places.
