Apparently this adventure takes place before the pilot...
I think "Perfect Couple" and "Skin and Bone" are my favorites, at least at this particular moment. "Point of Origin" was difficult for me to take seriously, but it does have a great shocker scene.
And re: Moon -- Ooh, directors! Yay for stuff happening. Remember, Tommy Lee Jones should play Prof. Really. I feel very strongly about this.
Isn't it funny how people react differently to things? Duh, but still. I thought and still do think that "Perfect Couple" was a total disaster. I took some solace in the cancelation that it wouldn't air. Same with "Point of Origin," though that scene Strega refers to would have been all anyone recalled. Also, up thread someone mentioned "Loneliest Number," which when I was cutting it I thought we wouldn't be able to air it it was such a mess. I changed the act breaks in the cutting room and that seemed to help.
"Perfect Couple"
Really? Just curious...why?
ETA: That question for Strega, not Tim.
Right, Kristen?
ETA: that was me sharing Kristen's incredulity.
Perfect Couple was my least favorite. I was surprised at how much I disliked Amber's performance.
(I'm putting that in spoiler font, just in case.)
Although the camp aspect gives Mommie Dearest a run for its money, so I suspect Strega is enjoying it on that level.
Which, by the way, we embraced when finishing it.
Huh. I'll have to watch it again now. Well, not now now, but soon. Maybe tomorrow night.
It may just be that I thought it was funny. I'm really easy that way. (Shuddup, I am so.) I liked that we were following the killers from the start, and saw their whole dynamic instead of hearing about it.
Now I can't remember. Mostly I remember giggling at various very wrong things. It was like 2 AM when I saw it, so that could have been a factor.
ETA: Ah, yes. If it wasn't supposed to be funny, that'd be a problem. But it came off as intentional!
It was intentional.
