I walk. I talk. I shop, I sneeze. I'm gonna be a fireman when the floods roll back. There's trees in the desert since you moved out. And I don't sleep on a bed of bones.

Now tagless for your comfort.

A beach, a beach in Las Vegas. That's the desert. Interesting.

Since they have the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, the Venetian canals, a giganamous pyramid, exploding volcanoes, and a sexy pirate ship, I'd say a beach is small potatoes.

If I only had a brain...

I just watched "Lying Pig". Now I am angry and sad about not getting any more Wonderfalls. How dare the universe do this?

First viewing Betsy? If so, wait til you see "Cocktail Bunny."

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

I felt the same way. I didn't see "Wonderfalls" until a couple months after the DVD came out. I felt bad that I hadn't been more on the ball and thus able to write the appropriate fannish letters to stations, etc.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

I've rewatched almost all of the series this weekend. I think they're the most used of all my dvds. Distraught as I may be over not having any more, I certainly cherish these that I get to watch over and over again.

What is it that you are doing in Vegas, Kristen?

I am supervising the installation of graphics on the sides of minibuses. It is, sadly, not going very well. I dread the conversations I will most likely be having tomorrow morning.

Kristen, if you haven't, you should go see the penguins at the Flamingo.(Yes, they have flamingos, too. But the penguins are more fun.)

I'll second that the penguins are adorable. If you go during feeding, they do a schpiel on them. And the penguins are much less stinky than the flamingos (and Kristen, you know my flamingo adoration).

My dread for today was well founded. Though not in the way I expected. I got a surprise 7 am wakeup call, informing me that everything was fucked. But fucked in a way other than the way I already suspected we were fucked. And, if I'd known there was going to be a DP on this trip, I would have demanded diamonds. Or, at the very least, packed some lube.

Six hours later, things seem to be less fucked. I have just ordered room service and will then take a nap. So I can go back to work at 9 tonight.

Sadly, I leave Vegas tomorrow morning so I suspect that the penguins, much like Vienna and Bora Bora, will have to wait for me.

One good note (aside from my lovely hotel room and my sweet batshit crazy boy!) is that I'm finally getting used to Vegas. I have been here for three days and driven all around town and Charisse has yet to put wheels down on the hated Strip.

Also, I've got the run to Coffee Bean down pat.
