Attention Audiophiles! I have a very random music question.
I know that Blonde on Blonde was released in May of 1966. But Columbia released One of Us Must Know as a single "several months" before the album's release. (I think it was a special mono version of the song.)
Does anyone know what month it was?
Google is not helping me. Perhaps China has censored the information.
Well according to this site it was February 1966. Hope that helps :)
Edit to add: Ah ha, more details here
Wow. Paul_Rocks really does...rock.
ETA: That is so incredibly helpful! Thank you!
Kristen, research for new, gruesome, cold, and black black dark spec?
Yes and no. The spec is, as usual, consuming my brain 24/7. So the question was brought on by thinking about said story, while in the car listening to Bob Dylan on my iPod.
Also, yes on the dark. No on the cold. It's as warm and fuzzy as beating someone to death can be.
The spec is, as usual, consuming my brain 24/7.
Don't I know THAT feeling. Please, the next time I get it in my head to write a spec "My Name is Earl," somebody stop me.
I just skimmed over 600 posts.
You guys are weird.
Also, GG + VM = crazy delicious.
How's the job hunt going, P-C?
Eli Lilly responded (the first response since...the summer...no, wait, there was that one place in October or whatever), and I sent them a craptastic writing sample. It came at a bad time since I was still recovering from Austin, and I had to work all day, and I didn't really get to give it my all like I did with my other writing sample...which wasn't good enough anyway. I was supposed to have a phone interview yesterday, but there was some miscommunication and it didn't happen, so we're going to reschedule for next week. I'm surprised they're bothering to look into me, when the job posting says they want three years of experience.
Really, my best bet right now is the fact that my uncle works at a small pharmaceutical company in the Bay Area, and he's "99% confident" he can get me a one-year medical writing gig to start me up. So...send out any spare nepotism-ma.
