How do I get a pitch meeting at CW?
They totally need me.
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

I wonder if they will finally let Charmed die.
And any new shows will air sunday? I am sure they will get at least a few pilots. Plus some mid-season, if Fish-babe , I mean Aquaman fails.
And I am sure that Upn will keep a few of their black comedies.
Wow, away for a few months, and you guys become chatter-boxs=)
There's an Aquaman TV show?? ::hits Google::
I think they should push Friday to three hours and make ANTM the lead-in to Smackdown. It's a perfect fit.
Ha! But you're right. It is.

And Joss. And Fury. And Tim.
I'm totally on-board w/ Maureen Ryan, who suggested in her column (as posted by the good folks at Whedonesque) that The CW approach Joss about developing a new series for their lineup. (Maybe not something that's ready for Fall '06, but perhaps midseason?) Let's be honest: right now, they have plenty of good shows to pick-and-choose from; but two of those shows, GG and "Smallville," have been around for several seasons already. If these shows make it to the new network, I don't see them lasting more than 1 or 2 years, tops. Which will inevitably force The CW to develop new shows, anyway.
It would be very beneficial, I think, to develop a show w/ a top-drawer talent like Joss that 1) actually began life on the network, and 2) establishes it as something more than a UPN/WB conglomerate.
That's my opinion, anyway.
I wonder if they will finally let Charmed die.
I think they will. The show's EP, Brad Kern, has told TV Guide Online that as far as he's concerned, the show's done. No official word, mind you, but that's his mindset (and I guess he would know more about the situation than any of us do, so...).
And Joss. And Fury. And Tim.
I think I'm out of my league.
Not necessarily, Allyson. You never know about upstart networks. Aren't they always more receptive toward newbies w/ strong ideas?
I think they'd be more stoked if I could, you know, write.
I imagine that things that were in development are still in development. Just fewer of them will actually get made. Let's see, the WB ordered pilots for "Cult" and "Juniper Hall" last week. They had to know this in the air by then, right? And UPN is/was getting something from Kevin Williamson, god help us all.
Oooh, and there's a show from Harley Peyton in development. They should make that! I decree it!
Now I do wonder about the aquaman series......hmmmm
It is already in casting stages....
Kevin Williamson.... Oh god..... Not another Dawson creek... maybe this time it will be with midgets....everyone likes midgets.
