UPN and WB are combining into one broadcast network. Presumably this means a smaller market for pilots. I have no idea what the buying style of UPNWB is.

It looks like the Fox-owned TV stations (such as WWOR in NY) are getting cut out of the deal.
That probably means less of a market for Fox-produced shows, and more for WB and Viacom.

That's my assumption. I'm sure Veronica Mars is safe because it's a critical and I think commercial success. It's the only WB/UPN show I care about at the moment -- are you Smallville peeps worried?
