I'm so sorry, but if it makes you feel any better, my fun-time-Buffy party night involved watching a robot throw Spike through a window, so if you want to trade... no wait, I wouldn't give up that memory for anything.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

And, of course, everyone who likes (exclusively or not) complex storytelling within a rich backdrop of character development and atmosphere always agrees on what's good...

I wish I'd liked The Inside more. I wish it had sucked me in. Intellectually, I can tell it's a well-written show, but after the second ep, nothing about it grabbed me emotionally. I appreciate the quality of it, but I'm not interested in it.

[etf verb tenses and to say that I will gladly eat Nilly's share of the world's tomatoes.]

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

There's a very easy way around that. No tomatoes. Sure, you get funny looks when you order them, but they are a nummy comfort food.

"You don't want any tomatoes?"

"No."

"Mayo?"

"No."

"Just bacon and lettuce."

"Yes."

"Really."

"Yup."

You can see the fear in their tomato-loving eyes, but I care not.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Speaking of tomatos, I have a new tomato plant that a friend gave me. I am wondering how long it will take me to kill it.

Not long enough.

Tim, little help?

Go ask! He's pretty good about responding to comments.

But... but then there's a chance I'll have to adjust my theories to suit the facts! Who needs that?

Oh, fine. I asked.

I don't like tomatos. Or peanuts. But I do like carrots.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Nilly wins at tomato metaphors.

I may have to seize the cat.

Oh Tomato Haters, how I rejoice that I have found you! I thought I was alone...

So whenever I face some feature of human taste I can't understand, I just have to remind myself that, well, it's impossible to actually understand taste - some people like tomatoes.

As some dead Roman guy said, de gustibus nil disputandum.

"Just bacon and lettuce."

I always call this a BL. It sounds very tasty to me (though I will take it with mayo, I could eat mayo with a spoon).

...but I like mozzarella. And Tim. See? Topic!

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I can't help it. My rage is huge.

Not about tomatoes, though. I love tomatoes.
