Mal: How come you didn't turn on me, Jayne? Jayne: Money wasn't good enough. Mal: What happens when it is? Jayne: Well... that'll be an interesting day.

If I only had a brain...

Does it castrate?

Well, I do have a couple of interesting attachments; in a pinch, one could improvise.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Bloodlessly?

Today is a great day! It was my last day of work until January 3!

Also, I got a great deal on a fabu jacket (possibly to be worn to my interview on Tuesday) and I came home to find my new "Who's Your Spy Daddy?" t-shirt waiting for me in my mailbox.

ETA: I probably shouldn't wear the Spy Daddy t-shirt to Disney, huh? Though the mental image is cracking me up.

I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve. - John Prine

Kristen, a belated but enthusiatic congratulations! On the Disney thing, not the no working thing. But enjoy that, too.

I'll take responsibility for starting the horsefucking posts, but I did not start the castration discussion. That said, I can't believe no has mentioned this nutjob (no pun intended): “It wasn’t a bet, but I said I’d cut my balls off if we won." Not my idea of a fun celebration, maybe it's a Welsh thing. Says the chopper/chopee, "I can’t have kids now, but still want a family. Maybe I’ll adopt.” Hmmm, let's see, can anyone think of a reason not to let him adopt? Ay yi yi.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

That said, I can't believe no has mentioned this nutjob (no pun intended): “It wasn’t a bet, but I said I’d cut my balls off if we won."

That's been mentioned before.

but I did not start the castration discussion.

That was me. Wait, no, i think it was someone else. But I did jump on the castration bandwagon right away....

We need a new thread - The Worst Discussions. It can go next to COMM.

OK, I'm probably in the minority for thinking this.

editosity....

Betsy. Betsy started it all.

One Hot Burrito!

I really have nothing to say about castration. Nothing.

I also have no idea where to ask about this, so I'll do it here since I know there are at least several people more up on it than I:

Has anyone seen/heard/read anything from Fury about the coming season of 24?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Also, I got a great deal on a fabu jacket (possibly to be worn to my interview on Tuesday) and I came home to find my new "Who's Your Spy Daddy?" t-shirt waiting for me in my mailbox.

OOh, where did you get this?

Kristen - Dec 08, 2005 5:20:09 pm PST #6947 of 10001

Thanks, joe!

And TWOP, Perkins. It was one of the limited time only Glarkware t-shirts.

From the soaps, crafts and procrastination thread... to FCM and castration. Hmmm.

Has anyone seen/heard/read anything from Fury about the coming season of 24?

I have not. Probably Natter is the place to ask. Or maybe Spoilers, but in that case, beware that it's a non-whitefont thread, so you could run into any info. on a variety of shows.
