It's like, in the middle of all this, I'm paranoid that you'll think I don't like poetry.

"Don' be e-scared"

Just to add -- I'm not at all saying that if we'd had a real launch we would have been a big hit, or even a hit. Odds are we wouldn't.

Personally, I'm not sure a space western would have ever built a big enough audience to stay on the air either, but it's all speculation since they wouldn't air the pilot first in that case. Just sayin'.

I may have to seize the cat.

Boyfriend's reaction was one of the resignation that comes with having shows you like disappear. (He didn't make it through more than 2 eps of Wonderfalls. He didn't like Jaye.) Still sad to see it go, and I expect boyfriend's roommate will be sad to hear it as well, when she gets home.

I really, really want a series of The Inside novels, written by the show's writing team.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I want The Inside breakfast cereal.

Okay, that was silly.

I may have to seize the cat.

Shouldn't that be breakfast serial, P-C?

I couldn't resist. It was too easy.

making her home at bronzebeta.com since 2001

When I saw the ratings for 'Dancing With the Stars' my heart sank for the show.

Why do all the good shows die young?

I may have to seize the cat.

Well, the house I'm staying this summer now officially has three people mourning in it. But it's very subdued mourning.

Mostly we're just all, "Man. I hate when this stuff happens."

Mostly we're just all, "Man. I hate when this stuff happens."

I hate how used I'm getting to having the rug pulled out from under shows I like. I remember being here on the boards and being upset over Firefly, but now it's just, "There goes another one."

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

When I saw 100 msgs in this thread, I knew the bad news had been confirmed.

*sigh*

Sad now, though not surprised. I figured it was coming when I read about the Dancing with the Stars juggernaut.
