I expected the motive to be jealousy that Nora was spending time with Henry, b/c the girl I knew was hella jealous and would glom on to one person and forbid them to spend time with anyone else. I never got the feeling Rebecca was in any real danger from Madison, as (unlike anyone else) she would have had no hesitation about knocking out or even shooting her if the Bad Seed had tried to attack.

I assume that Madison's mom wouldn't be charged with the killing, what with the circumstances?
