Never goes smooth. How come it never goes smooth?

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Good luck with that.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Good luck with that.

Translated from the Kristenese: "Hahahahahahahaha! I'm glad it's not me!"

I may have to seize the cat.

Yeah, um, Kevin.... it wouldn't help. People don't read things like that. They just skip over to the "Contact Us" part of the site. And don't read anything there either.

But don't you agree with PF that I need to read Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake series because They would make a great new series for me? Also, do you have any Wonder Woman casting suggestions? I really am compiling the ones I get. I am a cruel, cruel person. Maybe you would like to play her yourself? Or, for that matter, maybe TIM should play her.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

I'm sure David Fury would be up for Wonder Woman. New age, and all that.

I may have to seize the cat.

I think it'd be funny to see someone getting The Inside mixed up with the Spike movie stuff. Righteous indignation about how Rebecca Locke isn't Buffy, or something. And how could Spike ever come within 50 feet of a blonde who wasn't Buffy, since she was his one true love, etc.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Allyson, I spent some time this morning searching both SEC filings and news sources for the revenue info. Unfortunately, while Fox Entertainment Group (a subsidiary of Newsgroup) does mention in the notes to their financial statements that one of the shows they get licensing and merchandising rev from (as well as DVD and syndication revenue), they don't get very specific in listing the sources of revenue. In fact, they don't even separate out mechandising from other sources of revenue.

I did however learn that in 1999, the L&M group put out a line of prom dresses based on the dress Buffy wore in the homecoming episode.

Wow. That is cool. I kind of want one now.

If I only had a brain...

Before or after drowning?

That's what I was wondering, Betsy.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

She didn't drown at homecoming, that was the Spring Fling, or something, homecoming was when she and Cordelia were in Slayerfest.
