As soon as I saw the article come up, I started reading any words I could see to see if there was any cool information.

Gazizza, dilznoofusses! Yep, Newsradio certainly was crazappy. The DVDs for seasons 1 & 2 are finally out and they are excellent. ("Bitch-cakes" is from the episode 2.17, "Physical Graffiti" -- the late-season 2 eps were named for Led Zeppelin albums.)
