Interview with Adam Baldwin, has some nice stuff about Tim and The Inside.
The Minearverse 4: Support Group for Clumsy People
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
I got all excited today as I saw a BBC News story about dead babies - [link] - unfortunately, it turned out to be nothing to do with The Inside, but actual dead babies.
My mind has been twisted.
Sci-Fi is showing a
Good vs. Evil
marathon right now, so I watched an episode with lunch, the one about Kevin Williamson a Hollywood producer who takes actors' souls. I came for the cleavage, and I stayed...for the promise of more cleavage.
But it was pretty fun and entertaining, though. The parodic elements were really amusing ( I Still Know Who You Are and I Still Know What You Did Last Winter 5, Dunbar's Lake, the Quentin Tarantino figure ). Some of the weird stylistic choices were jarring, but at least it had a style.
Cass, check your profile addy...I sent you an email about the monkey bookends.
Thanks, Hidden! I got it (after I clicked on my name to recall what my profile addy even was, as it has become the longest day from utter Hell in the last hour and a half) and replied. Perfectly normal monkey!
Bloody hell. Wonderfalls airing on Sky One in the UK has been going for 4 weeks without problem at prime time. Tune in last night: it's gone. Have a scrabble about on the programming guide and find out they've punted it to midnight now.
Argh.
Blarg!
Also, my Comcast still believes The Inside is showing tonight. It of course has no information about the episode it's supposedly playing, which should be a tipoff. Poor deluded Comcast.
Part II of Tim's interview with IF Magazine.
It's incredibly annoying that they didn't include the whole thing and want us to wait another week to read the rest. I hate that crap. Just put in the whole interview.

Word. I've never understood why they do that with days between pieces of articles, let alone weeks.
Just a heads up to everyone - there are some spoilers in that.
Had I printed the interview to read on my subway ride home I might have been annoyed, but since I read it at work the length was just about right. So I had a nice little break plus another installment to look forward to.
Which episode was "Everything Nice"? Just checked imdb: it was the one with the wee psycho, Yvette from Wonderfalls, the DA from Homicide, & Katie in the treehouse. I liked that one.
