Actually not needing validation right now, but thank you.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Be strong. Believe.

Ok, I'm fairly new to this board (meaning I've been here for a total of two minutes) and I joined because I read Tim's post about Fox "supporting the show," but not extending their options. First of all, let me say that you have the right attitude, Tim. Who cares if Fox wants to cancel the show. You got to spend their money telling a story you wanted to tell. I think that's awesome. I am rather disappointed that they are canceling (or may be canceling) a wonderful program. It's funny, when they showed the promos for "Dancing with the Stars" or whatever the hell that's called, I passed on it in favor of The Inside. I guess I was in the minority. Just so you know, I already sent an email off to Fox in defense of The Inside, so let's hope. I realize I'm just one person, but you never know. Also, I agree with the others in that when the DVD comes out, that commentary be had. Also, many interviews and such with you and the cast. That would be great!

Trust my rage

I am loving this show more and more every week.

First, I loved Allyson's logo. The beagles were so cute! Great job!

I've always sort of liked Paul, but this week made him way more interesting. Also, hotter. Someone mentioned the black shirt upthread and I have to agree.

Was the name of the prison the name of Mahandra's Indian tribe?

I'm all conflicted right now. I'd love to watch this episode again to focus more on the interplay between Paul's storyline and Pope's. I really feel for Paul because life just got a lot harder for him. I probably won't watch it again because I have a hard time with dead babies these days. I just keep telling myself it was a plot point baby not a real baby.

Do we get an episode next week? [eta: I see the answer is yes.] This is getting really good.

Tim, off to FX you go.

Seriously. Even if it is basic cable.

Even if it is basic cable.

Works for Jon Stewart.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Tim should kill Jon Stewart on The Inside.

What is even happening?

No. Tim should have Jon Stewart kill a guy in a bow-tie, on The Inside.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I like Cindy's thinking.

Making a guy in a bow-tie cry would be good too (as one buffista can claim to have).

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Edit: Blah - Allyson had already posted this, I'm a bad bad man.

I think they're currently working on a reality show where C List celebrities try to ice skate.

So many more opportunities for injury and death there than with dancing... Tim, ever thought about producing a reality series?

Tim? Reality?

Does this mean he couldn't kill people off?

Tim Minear: Terrorist. I really shouldn't make that joke, being from the UK and all.
