Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Bus. I'll just be a Glamour Don't on the way up, with Too Many Bags. Eh.

(I got up too early, leading to too much time to Consider Things.)

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Congratulations, Cashmere, DH, and Owen!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Congratulations, Cashmere! I hope all goes well.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Yay Cashmere!

Related to the work day conversation, mine is 7:30-3:30. I am constantly baffled by the fact that I chose a profession that requires me to be up by 5:45. When my body gets to adjust itself, I am the quintessential night person.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oh, and how do they know that both kittens urinated into the fax machine?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

the latest I get to the office is 8am. Often I am here at 7:30, and sometimes I am here at 7:00 am. When there are conferences, sometimes (if our clients are cheap ass and won't pay for overnight security, so we have to haul crap and set it up in the morning) I will be in by 6:15 or 6:30. In the morning.

I am hoping that when I move, I will be able to switch to being here at 8:30 or 9am because I just cannot get up any earlier than I do now, and I'll have a longer commute.
