"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

who are these strange 10-percenters? Ad execs?

probably people who are running to the kitchen for a drink or something like that, so they don't bother to fast forward. At least, that's the only reason I don't do it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'll sometimes watch an ad becase it's piqued my interest as I FF past it. Or I might let the ads play because I want the periodic breaks to go do something in another room or read the paper or whatever.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I think that Mercedes has been planning to start selling Smart Cars in the U.S. in a couple of years or so, but not the really tiny ones right away.

Yeah. They're planning on selling the Smart SUV. Because we don't have enough SUVs in America.

Some third party is trying to unofficially (without Mercedes's permission/assistance) import the small Smart cars into the US, but there's been some questions as to whether they have proper financing.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Aw, that's no fun. What's the point of a Smart Car if it's not tiny?

I think the Smart SUV is still pretty tiny. More like a small hatchback that they call a SUV.

move out and draw fire

Smart Cars are so cute

They are! And they fit everywhere! And they get ~70 mpg. And they are not expensive. And the guy who started Swatch designed them. And you can get the panels in pretty much any pattern you want. I love them a lot.

According to a Wired article last year, DOT safety compliance hadn't been met yet.

Any rhetoriticians around? What's the term for saying your opponent is guilty of whatever you are really guilty of? I call it "The Big Lie" but I'm not sure that's the real term. It's like if the USSR said "America doesn't allow religious worship," or the Republicans saying that the Democrats support Big Business.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Here's what I really want - hybrid minis, hybrid VW bugs, and hybrid Smarts.

Dammit, I used to know this.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

hybrid minis

I would totally buy this. Well, in the world where I could afford a car, I would totally buy this.
