I have *no* motivation to do work today. None. I want to go home and work on some sewing projects. I want to go rummaging through thrift stores. I want to go to the zoo. I do NOT want to be at work, explaining to PMs that really, all the correct information is right there in the document labled UI Text Final, and no, the editors have not been sneaking in and changing things behind their backs.

I've just decided I am leaving early. I am taking some stuff home, changing into comfy clothes, going to buy myself an iPod, and then going to therapy.

Dalek theft sparks a Who-dunnit

The owners of a Somerset visitors' attraction are offering a £500 reward after a full-size Dalek was stolen.

The 5ft model, believed to be an original from the cult BBC Dr Who series, was taken from Wookey Hole Caves near Wells overnight on Monday.

Bosses say it is worth thousands of pounds and promise to pay the reward for its safe return "or capture".

A spokesman said: "There may be a black market out there for Daleks - but it's still a strange thing to steal."

May day got really good about two hours ago, because I? Have a kicky new haircut. That's right - it's kicky. I've had many haircuts over the years - never once would I have called one kicky. I like it so much, it's sick. Much shorter than usual. (But, wow, grey, grey everywhere, and grey does nothing for my complexion but bad things). There will be a color appointment next week. Oh, yes.
