For Perkins - fun things this weekend:

friends, doggies, crepes, tamales, sewing, cooking outside, babies and toddlers, and, of course, Chapeau.

Jesse, my sister in wanting to buy everything under the sun. But, I have to say, you don't need a camera phone. Glasses, iPod & clothes are much more fun and worthy of the money.

Mine didn't hurt or itch all that much. It just needs to be darkened a bit.

Oh come on. You'd be the funk queen every other minute. You'd be listening to every R&B hit of the late eighties through late 90s.

But when? At home I just listen to music out loud. At work? Headphones at work seems like a no-go, somehow. There's just the commute, which god willing will not be two hours a day after this summer.

I can read and listen to music at the same time. Shit, I can sing along and read at the same time.

I can NOT do that. The camera phone may be the cheapest, but getting it is just taking money away from the other things which are MUCH cooler things.

ION, I cooked tonight, like back how I used to cook and make boring lists for y'all. Like this:

grilled a whole package of chicken thighs
grilled a salmon fillet
sauted/steamed collard greens with garlic
brown rice with ginger
brewed some decaf for iced decaf

You now how much I loved that short curly hairdo you had back when.

Well, I'm halfway there.

Besides which - perfect for summer.

Maybe once I get it all worked out I'ma show up a msbelle's for dinner.

DINNER at my house, or something. I am trying to take in my lunch at least 3 days a week. Today I failed and tomorrow I have plans, so I need to have things for Thurs. & Friday, plus dinners.
