"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Very pretty iPod. Though I might use a wood burning tool to mark the wheel.

Visilurking

SOMEBODY (cough*ita*cough) has made my screen go all kerflooey.

Ditto. And it's from this link:

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It was just too wide for my itty-bitty screen.

Oh, you're a loser. I see.

also because one potato is not weird

You're just a cultural imperialist.

*someone* names her links too cryptically for *someone* to click on before lunch

Pfft. I'm perfectly trustworthy.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Oh, how weird -- that post looked perfect when I first saw it, and now it's extra-long.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I feel like I should pat ita's head and say, it's so cute you think that. probably best that I'm all the way over here.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, you're a loser. I see.

Hmph! I'm just trying to do some good in the world, and we can't spare the dough for fancy-schmancy monitors. We need it for the kids! THE KIDS!!

hip deep in pie

and also because one potato is not weird. still not convinced it's real, only convinced it is funny.

okay, I just polled the one Francophone who works in my division. (From Quebec.) She does not know "Chapeau."

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It was just too wide for my itty-bitty screen.

Mine is too small for my big screen.

Seriously. It's too small to read. I added width and height to it like this:

<EMBED src="timeline.swf" WIDTH="640" HEIGHT="400" ...

which fixes things when I just look at it in a browser, but it doesn't affect anything when I view it in Active Desktop.

Thrive to spite them

I am so ready for this trendy of gauzy clothing to end. Especially gauzy white skirts. I want to go up and tell every woman/girl I see that it doesn't matter if their skirt is knee length or longer if the whole world can tell what kind and what color their underwear is. Also white gaucho pants that are similiarly see through.
