I look more rad than Lutheranism

I found a stack of pictures of me with cartoon characters from Kings Island. I'm officially weirded out by them.

Somewhere there exists a picture of me with Captain Caveman. I was scared of him at the time, but I always loved the picture later, like it was proof that I survived the encounter.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Hi. I just thought I'd pop in to say that I'm not dead yet.

Yay!

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Steph survived Captain Caveman! EXCELLENT!

Is Dick Clarke dead? Also, I'm watching parts of Live 8 on AOL.

This is what I've learned.

    • I am an old fogey cause I don't recognize many of the bands.
    • My love of Michael Stipe does not allow forgiveness of the face paint.
    • Pink Floyd looks OLD. Not rode hard put away wet, just looking their age. The drummer? resembles a newscaster or a friend of Richard Nixon.
    • Pink Floyd SOUNDS old. Their voices have changed.
    • On the other hand? Bryan Adams has NOT aged at all. What's that about? Deal with the devil? Some sort of Canadian/Chapeau conspiracy?
    • Chris Martin is like an uglier version of Jude Law.
    • Matt Pokora is surprisingly hunky. go the third photo in the paris gallery.
    • I'm too old and crabby to go to a big rock festival ever again. This is a good thing to know about oneself.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

How sad is that I am actually glad the weekend is almost over?

Fine, go back to work, ya grinder. Leisure is wasted on you. Leave it to the truly indolent.
