Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

There are baby pictures? I must away to them at once. Need some happy.

The fucking alumni newsletter hits keep coming. A casual friend (she was good friends with some of mine and I rather liked her) apparently committed suicide in early June. Damnit.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I love how most of the Golden Age heroes had to have a specific weakness to let their foes overcome them. Kryptonite, magic, wood, being bound in chains by a man... I guess Captain Marvel's was to truant officers.
