You know, it's funny. We went to war never looking to come back, but it's the real world I couldn't survive.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Who slowed down time this week?

This is my question as well. I feel like I finally buckled down to doing some work, got a bunch done... and it was a half hour later. Bah.

And I found the answer to my census question pretty easily, so that's no help.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Bah. I have a 1-2 on the phone, a 2-3 in my boss's office, and a 3-4 30 minutes away.

I could do with some time slowage, especially because I'm sure my boss will think my documentation woefully inadequate.

Whuh. I just saw a lightening bolt. Must have hit nearby.

My poor plants on the balcony are going to be all bedraggled.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

We need rain here. Any grass that hasn't been watered recently has turned brown.

It's so cute when people not in LA complain about a lack of rain.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Yay for non-malignacy, Toddson!

So-- Buffista cat-lovers--

I can have a cat in my new apartment. My friend K. got me two kittens (Blondie and Lily) and they are soooo cute! My landlord says I can have just one. i want BOTH!. They play together and keep each other company!

Should I a) just choose one or b) try to find a home for they two of them together and find a third cat for myself? I don't want my new cat to be depressed missing her sister!

Kitties!

Um, check with your new landlord first. They might be willing to make an exception.

Can you take both and lie to your landlord?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Explain to your landlord that since they are very small kittens, having both of them is really the same as having one full-sized cat. By the time they're grown up, he'll have forgotten all about it.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

It's so cute when people not in LA complain about a lack of rain.

They actually had to water the grass at the State Office Building (SOB) yesterday, which is almost unheard of here. Of course, today it's pouring.
