Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Scola SCORES.

AND I think that vagina is bojangled.

Mm. Tennis. Rain delay. Why this bothers me (it's recorded) escapes me a little right now.

Not yet, Aimée. It's scheduled to record early Sunday morning.

Now that I've FFed past the rain delay, I can go back to dozing. Headache's not all gone yet.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I want to be able to doze. It might alleviate some of the terrible crushing bored now feeling.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I think that's the terrible crushing two Claritin feeling, Perkins.

You may be right, Robin.

I have work I should be doing but I just can't seem to pull my way towards it. Spider solitare is so much more fun than processing expense reports. Ugh

My high school turns 100 tomorrow so we are going to the ceremony (my mom's the class of '55 so they have a big to-do in the thing) then we are going to Disneyland for dinner for my youngest's birthday celebration.

What are you doing this weekend?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Theoretically, the Mermaid Parade tomorrow, assuming I don't wake up actually sick. Mr. and Mrs. Smith on Sunday. Laundry and living room de-papering somewhere in there.
