We got up at 6:15 this morning on a Saturday to drive out to Concord for a 7:30 warmup for an 8:30 tournament baseball game. Jesus, that was a long fucking day. We had a second game at 2:30. In between games we hid out at JZ's mom's house, then went back there after all games for dinner.
Woof. I'm not loving this. We lost both games too. 2-1, 4-1.
Emmett did hit a clean triple in his very first at bat with the tournament team, though.

Excellent! Alas, I have another year of school left, and then I'll be licensed to teach only in this state, and all in all a move to California is a far, far future plan. But somedays I'd like to chuck it. If only there weren't that pesky money thing!
On the up side, I know now how to use trigonometry for certain somewhat contrived problems. So go me!
