I would NOT want to provide my fingerprint for library access. I mean--that would also mean someone could probably get ahold of your fingerprint info for either police-type purposes, or for some sort of evil purposes (not that I'd approve of it for the police-type purposes either--I don't plan to commit any crimes, but I don't wnat the police having any info about me that I don't want them to have)
