I do not care how many adorably perky little lavender demicups you have in a 32A. I want to see the full range of bras you have in my size. The options available to the less-endowed merely taunt me.
I was at Victoria's Secret recently, and while I'll never ever ever go there again because the insanely, aggressively helpful salespeople had me ready to cut someone, they did have one really cool thing. In the changing area, they have boxes set up by size with six different bra styles in them, all in black. So you can try on each of their different styles all at once without having to comb the store. At least then by the time you're ready to go and hunt through the lavendar 32As you only have to do it for the styles that you already know will fit.
Susan, send it my way. I'm procrastinating anyway.
Someone tell me it's ok to take a little break, even though I have about 10 more things I need to get done today. So far today I've:
Done dishes
Done laundry
Met with a hotel about the family reunion
Ran errands
Got gas
Went to the library
I'm exhausted. Unfortunately, I have two papers that need writing before 6pm tomorrow night. Plus a final to study for. Plus more dishes to do. Plus laundry to put away. Plus...ok...I'm gonna stop there. You get the point.
Insent, vw, and thanks!
And, um, take a break. You deserve it.
Off to go for a stroll around the neighborhood with Annabel and take care of the weekly library run....
The main thing that makes me angry about bra shopping (okay, besides the fact that there are very few pretty black bras in my size) is that salespeople always want to show me minimizer bras. Yes, I am busty. Very busty. But unless the minimizer bras will
also
magically make my waist look an inch smaller, I don't want one.
Insent to -t, and really leaving the house now.
The last time I was bra-shopping, I was in the South and was invisible to the saleslady.
I spoke too soon. My power went out for about three hours. Why is it that even when you know the power is out, you keep turning on switches?
I love electricity.
I can look at that cover letter if you still need someone, Susan.
Today I have done several months of neglected data entry. Next...filing. After that, reports.
Thank god for TAL during tedious tasks.
Mommy, keep the bad photographer away from me!
