Yay for Laura being back! Yay for Laura purchases! Yay! Yay! Yay!
I may have had too much something.
Actually. I'm bored. I'm out at my parents' waiting for my laundry to be done. I visited the fancy schmancy hotel and now want to have its babies. I went to the yarn store and now have a new project to start. Unfortunately, my crochet hook that I need is at home, so it will have to wait till later today. I should be working on one of my two papers that are due tomorrow, but I don't feel like it.
Congrats, Laura, the Adorndacks are wonderful.
We're closing in on a new thread. Should we hie ourselves to Bureau?
Jilli! I have a new lavender for you. It's gorgeous.
Ooh, nifty.
Called doc & made appointment. Discovered I can't review a certain document, as one of the other editors has it checked out. Have gotten fries. Now I just need to send off my resume.
Oh, forgot to mention, I had a very Bitches dream last night. I was in a big loft apartment I was staying in for a wedding and my roommate was James Marsters (interestingly, he was wearing a shirt and pants of my BF). A little kissing was had, but then he left and the dream turned into a long hunt for clothes to wear to the event, with much trying on and wandering around and losing shoes. The woman who owed the dream-loft had clothes racks randomly placed around the place, almost like decorations, with a specific type of clothing on each--circle skirts on one, slinky long skirts on another, vintage jewelled cardigans on another, etc. Everything fit me perfectly. I was sad to wake up and find A) that none of the cool clothes actually exist, and B) that my subconscious had JM leave before I could get a little action.

Clearly JM took the clothes with him when he left.

Clearly, the woman does not have cats.
Actually, I would love to do this if I had the right kind of space for it.
Jilli, according to your resume, you are a real editor.
Also, they've worked with you. If they thought you weren't a real editor, you'd know.
This: [link] is a lot like your new plant.
