Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Wow, meara. Those are some pictures--all great, but I love the pyramid by deepest twilight. The sky just doesn't get that color here, nor anywhere else I've lived. Serious trip envy here.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

on a nice warm driver
Half a wing, man. He was leading with half a frickin' wing... (I can't find a decent story to link to this. Or a picture. Suffice to say, a racing thing.)

Loved the pictures, meara. Gah.

Puppycat has smooshed herself flat, slithered under the dresser and is dragging herself back and forth. Chirping. If she's on drugs, she should really be sharing.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Half a damn wing. His fast lap too. Daaaaaayamn.

Cass, you'll be gratified to know that I'm registering on the SPEED message board in order to find a suitable sports bar for next Sunday's race.

::shakes tiny fist::

What's the racing equivalent of a toaster?

I've created a monster.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Nice one, Susan! Best of luck with the job!

Meara, I think I likely missed them in skipping and skimming, but did you ever put up a link to any photos from the visit to Egypt?

t /needy

I am, meanwhile, awash with envy at your exploits with Juliana. Bondage-a-go-go et al not so much available around here.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Fay, they're in Press or Beep Me. Can't recall which.

You could totally do red hair. An amber overlay. Raar.

move out and draw fire

The official Post-Partum Hair Loss has begun. Unfortunately it appears to be full-length hair, rather than the tufty bits that came in during the pregnancy. I really think pregnancy is about the worst thing you can do to your body.

And I'm having sibling rivalry issues with the cat. He was sulking in the window seat yesterday, because I don't pay nearly enough attention to him anymore. So I went to pet him and he wrapped himself around my arm and bit me! Hard! He only has the two teeth, so it wasn't as impressive as he'd hoped, but he made up for that with extra jaw pressure. I got a cat-jaw-shaped bruise on my forearm, and also the point.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Ugh, that sucks, Raquel.

Plei, if you are still up, if I decide to do one remedial thing on my hair which would involve a little bit of snipping, would you be comfortable with helping me with it?
