Aren't they something. They're like butterflies, or little pieces of wrapping paper blowing around.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Jen, can you send it to my profile address? The address on the email you're replying to is at work and I won't be able to read it until Monday morning. Mwah!

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

BT--have you seen our friend Bob Harris's blog?

Robin - for me that's like asking if I've seen that television shows by your friend Tim Minear. I'm a freakin Bob Harris fanboy. Although I do like his politics, what I love is his passion and his gonzo humor.

So definitely my endorsement for Robin's friend's blog.

I'm linking to the main address rather than the specific post Robin linked to:

NSM with the gonzo humor in the current posts - as befits world situation.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

erika

People need to stop telling me "When you stop looking..." Honest.

Well, I understand the sentiment. But the last bf I met while not looking for one turned out to be a shmuck. The bf I found while deliberately looking for a bf after breaking up with aforementioned schmuck has thus far proven satisfactory.

So while "Tend your own garden" is a good principle to live by, "Put yourself in places where you may meet potential partners with common interests" is another good bit, too. Not that you needed me to tell you that.

I finally got it - quit out altogether, waited five minutes, then went back in, and there it was. Most odd, though not the first time it's happened.

Emmett is in the living room watching the Teen Titans finale, and he's frighteningly hopped-up on superherodom. Between Parts 2 and 3 of the finale, Hec had to pause the Tivo and take him across the street to Kezar to run around like a maniac, he was so wired.

In other news, I ran almost a mile today! First time in about six years. I expect my legs will be screaming at me tomorrow, but right now it feels so very good.

IOON, I found a copy of Louise Fitzhugh's Sport at a local bookstore for 4.99 and am nearly done, and it is just as good as it was way back when. Possibly even better.

Hey! Standing right here. Well, sitting.

I guess Satisfactory is better than Unsatisfactory.

On the other hand, I thought I was auditing this course.

Harvey the cat is an attention whore, and can purr really loud when I skritch him here and there around the neck, head, and chin.

Well, he did tell the animal communicator that he planned for you to become very attached to him.

A deer in your headlights.
