I'll be fine. I'll be your bounty, Jubal Early. And I'll just fade away.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

All is well that ends in pizza.

The beauty of a good bath is that it can be duplicated and revisited again and again.

Except maybe in France.

So I hear. t /disclaimer

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Good baths are a thing of beauty. I think there is a bath bomb in my evening plans.

Thanks for the hugs and good thoughts. I am feeling mostly okay right now. In this very instant. It's varied all day. Mostly it is just so damn sad. So sad...

Harvey the cat is an attention whore, and can purr really loud when I skritch him here and there around the neck, head, and chin.

He also just fell asleep while purring.

On my mousepad.

He also drools when really zoned out from skritching.

Ecch.

I've been there, and it's very hard.

And more brackets for anyone else I might have missed as the last few weeks have been hectic.

Windsparrow is off at her first full day of work at her new job. 3pm-11 pm.

The hours did give us time to go to garage/yard sales this morning, and have a nice dinner at the Great China Buffet here in town.

Last week at this time we were pushing ourselves to get here. This Saturday is much better. Except for the lawn mowing I need to do.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I would totally snog cassie's car.

It's a mustang.

It's a convertable.

If I could figure out the anatomics I'd fuck that car.

We're about to go to Costco on a Saturday. I feel like I should be quoting one of those rousing speeches from Henry V as we charge into battle with all the other cost-conscious Seattlites.

Not javachik

Timelies. Natter-dieted only the last 50 posts. Hairpats for whot needs them. I'm at work until about 9 or 10 PM, or whenever I get done the 16 projects the nitwit in the review line ahead of me waited until 2 PM Friday to dump on me. This, so I can take off Mon. and Tues. as per long-time plans. Also? I'm not wearing pants. I forgot them! I had an 8-mile racewalk this AM and after showering at work, looked in my bag. No pants. I'm wearing a sarong instead as a skirt. No one is around, what the heck!

[link] This occupied too much of my time already but let me share the love. Guy's doing the PCT with a satellite phone & computer. ::drooling about the trip::

Thrive to spite them

My DAd just called to check in and say he couldn't find the weather channel on the tv. It must have changed locations recently because it was on a station that I'd programmed the tv to skip over.

My car can get more action than I can? Hussy drops her top and everyone drools...

I am alternating between today just being a lovely Saturday at home and something more akin to a mini-fugue state. I've tried to journal but I am facing the Blank Page Thing. I'm going to water outside some more instead. I'm wearing a tank top, I could get a little sun...

Being able to come in here today and rant, ramble and just feel taken care of has been so helpful too -- not just today but especially today. I don't quite know how to say thank you, but I appreciate it truly.
