Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

Spike's Bitches 24: I'm Very Seldom Naughty.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Damn, that flailing came outta the computer at me.

Sorry, I get kinda enthusiastic about shoes.

Hmmm. JZ, I'm marking your post so I can make Pete look at some of those. (Because he just *loves* helping me shop for shoes ... what was the eye-rolly icon again?) But yes, some of those are very very close to what I'm looking for.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Oh, wow. I would love to be able to afford this for my friends wedding at the end of the month. It is so very pretty! And a great shade of green!

Dammit.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Two more:

So pretty!

Not really what you're looking for at all, but - pink sneakers with skulls!

eta: Okay, so I lied. It's actually four more, with these and these (that last pair is basically not sneakery in the least, but they are flats, and comfy-looking, and very very pointy).

Who doesn't?

I'm making little mewing noises at that green dress right now, so I'm not one to talk.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

These are the shoes I'm currently lusting after. I tried them on in black, and loved them.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Windi, I think you might have meant connie, and I second your emotion. Connie, I hope it all sorts out better than you could have dreamed.

Also, Windi, congrats on your move, and quick employment.

Eeep. Sorry, Cindy, and Connie. Let's blame my lame-brain-ness on stress.

Gah, unpacking. I want some unpacking fairies to visit... and put all my junk in a place I can find it... Um, here in Dan's house, without displacing much of his stuff. A neat, organized place, in which I will be able to find it later, and then return it to said place. Um... is that specific enough or is there a loophole in that wish which will allow for fairie-sponsored unpacking hell to break forth?

ETA: Erin, that is a lovely, wonderful dress. JZ, I'm loving the shoes that have the poinsettia motif.

It's a very cute dress, so I completely understand the little mewing noises.

JZ, those are all very cute. Even the pink ones with the Misfits skull face.

The main reason I'm looking for sneaker-type shoes is because with cute leather pointy-toe flats, I have to wear socks or tights. (Otherwise, sticky, sweaty feet, which are No Fun.) But canvas sneaker-type shoes, I can run around barefoot in them.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's what a kitten heel is. Good to know.

Ooh, those boots are a steal, JZ.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

When I moved in with the BF (let's see, 8 years ago now) we first got rid of/moved his stuff to make room (a bureau, a closet, bookshelves, cookware) for my stuff, THEN I unpacked. Once I had clear empty places to move my stuff into, it was a snap. Trying to distribute stuff around an already settled house is not so easy.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I know for a fact that our FayJay is a very good kisser.
